You can manually close open positions at any time directly from the MT5 platform.
Closing a Trade
Open the Trade tab at the bottom of your MT5 platform.
Locate the open position you want to close.
Either:
Right-click the trade and select Close Order, or
Click the small ‘X’ icon on the far right of the trade line.
Confirm the close to exit the position.
Note: Closing a trade finalizes your profit or loss based on current market price.
