Deposit Crypto to MT5 via Uniwire

Fund your StoicFX MT5 trading account with cryptocurrency directly from the MT5 app. Supports BTC, ETH, TRX, and USDT (ERC-20 and TRC-20).

Overview

Uniwire is the native cryptocurrency deposit channel integrated into the MetaTrader 5 mobile app. Transfers are converted to USD at the prevailing exchange rate and credited to your MT5 trading balance upon network confirmation, eliminating the need to sign in to the Client Portal to fund an account.

Important. Cryptocurrency transactions are final and irreversible. Verify the destination address and network prior to initiating any transfer. Funds sent to an incorrect address or on an unsupported network cannot be recovered.

Before You Begin

Confirm the following prior to initiating a deposit:

  • KYC verification is complete. Deposits received prior to verification cannot be credited.

  • You are signed in to the intended StoicFX MT5 account.

  • You control an external cryptocurrency wallet or exchange account from which the transfer will be sent.

Confirmation times are indicative and may vary with network congestion. TRC-20 is generally the fastest.

Deposit Instructions

Step 1. Sign In to MT5

Open MetaTrader 5 on your mobile device and confirm you are signed in to the intended StoicFX account.

Step 2. Navigate to the Deposit Menu

  1. Select the Settings icon in the lower-right corner.

  2. Select your account number. Swipe left to switch accounts if you hold multiple.

  3. Select Deposit.

Step 3. Open the Deposit Page

From the Wallet Balance screen, select Deposit to Account to open the Uniwire deposit page.

Step 4. Enter the Deposit Details

  1. Enter the USD amount to deposit.

  2. Select the cryptocurrency for the transfer.

  3. Review the transaction details provided:

    • Exact cryptocurrency amount to be sent

    • Destination wallet address (provided as text and QR code)

    • Applied USD exchange rate

  4. Copy the wallet address. Do not enter it manually.

Step 5. Initiate the Transfer

From your external wallet or exchange, paste the destination address and send the exact amount displayed in MT5. Authorize the transaction to submit the transfer.

Step 6. Confirm the Deposit

Upon reaching the required network confirmations, your MT5 balance will update in USD automatically. Review the Trade tab to verify the credit.

This flow supports deposits only. Withdrawals are processed separately through the StoicFX Client Portal.

Troubleshooting

Deposit Not Credited

If the expected confirmation time has elapsed and the deposit has not appeared:

  1. Locate your transaction hash (TXID) on a blockchain explorer and verify the transfer has been broadcast and is accumulating confirmations.

  2. If the transaction is confirmed on-chain but your MT5 balance has not updated, submit a request through the support widget in your Client Portal. Include the TXID, amount sent, network used, and transfer timestamp.

Do not initiate a duplicate deposit until the original transaction has been reviewed.

Transfer Sent on an Unsupported Network

Funds sent on a network not listed in the Supported Cryptocurrencies table cannot be automatically credited and may not be recoverable. To escalate the matter:

  1. Do not initiate a replacement transfer.

  2. Submit a request through the support widget in your Client Portal without delay. Include the TXID, the network used, and the full transaction details.

Recovery is not guaranteed; individual cases are reviewed upon request.
