How to Submit a Complaint

  1. Submit your complaint by email to [email protected] or via our Contact Form.

  2. Our compliance team will acknowledge receipt within 24–48 hours.

  3. An investigation will be conducted, with a resolution provided within 7 business days.

If a resolution cannot be reached, complaints may be escalated to the relevant regulatory authority.
